 Estate Planning

When it comes to estate planning, we do not adhere to the increasingly common "one size fits all" approach to wills or trusts. Rather, we invest the time to determine our client's true objectives and planning needs to provide the most appropriate, understandable and cost effective estate plan. We assist clients with a full spectrum of estate planning needs, including simple (and not so simple) wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, revocable transfer on death deeds and life estate deeds. When appropriate, we advise clients on advanced estate planning options such as irrevocable trusts, life insurance trusts, and charitable trusts and giving.

 Estate Administration

The death of a loved one is certainly an emotional and, at times, overwhelming event. We are here to assist surviving spouses, children and family with the administration of an estate. Ideally, we endeavor to help the client avoid the probate process altogether. When necessary, however, we provide legal advice and guidance to allow clients to navigate the probate and administration process and requirements as efficiently and effectively as possible.

 Real Estate

With over 50 years of combined experience in real estate transactions, we assist clients with the purchasing, selling or refinancing of their home. We work closely with real estate agents and mortgage lenders to ensure that our clients experience a smooth and efficient transaction, from the initial contract to the final closing table.
